Zoryana’s key specialization includes the protection of IP assets for IT companies, SaaS and AI projects, mobile applications, e-commerce, fashion-tech, and the creator economy. Together with her team, she helps businesses build brand protection strategies in Ukraine, the EU, the US, and other jurisdictions, close IP gaps, properly formalize rights to code, design, content, and team deliverables, and assess legal risks related to AI-generated content, training data, open source, and digital products.
Zoryana also acts as a speaker and lecturer on intellectual property, AI/IP, trademarks, copyright, and contractual structuring of IP rights.
She is the author of articles for DOU: “Mobilization: Legal Aspects, Regulatory Framework, and Ukrainian Realities” and “What to Pay Attention to When Signing a Contract: A Clause Checklist”; Serpstat: “Who Owns AI-Generated Work and Data Used for Model Training?”; and Mediamaker: “Who Made This?
